(01)
Turning Booking Anxiety into Action
The existing hospitality booking flow relied on functional copy and generic calls-to-action. While the product offering was strong, users frequently paused, second-guessed their decisions, and abandoned the journey at critical steps. The challenge was to reduce friction without adding noise, and to guide users forward without pressure or manipulation.

(02)
Designing for Human Decision-Making
I audited the entire booking journey through a behavioral psychology lens, identifying moments of anxiety, doubt, and decision fatigue. Reassurance-based microcopy was introduced at hesitation points, progress cues were clarified, and CTAs were reframed using loss-aversion and motivation triggers. Multiple copy variants were A/B tested to validate emotional vs functional messaging, ensuring every word earned its place in the flow.

Conclusion
(03)
Content as a Conversion Lever
The redesigned booking experience delivered a 15% increase in conversions and a 12% reduction in cart abandonment, proving that content strategy can directly influence business outcomes. This project demonstrates how behavioral insight, when applied ethically and intentionally, turns UX writing into a measurable growth tool, not just a layer of polish.
